Write a letter to your brother advising him to be careful about his health.
Dear Sam,
How are you, brother? You must have felt exhausted after those intense weeks. I hope you are in good health by the grace of God. Yesterday, I received Mom’s letter. She told me about your excellent school results. I am pleased to hear that you achieved high grades in your exams. However, I felt worried after learning about your health from Mom. She mentioned that your health worsened during the exam period. This news has troubled me, so I am writing to remind you of the importance of taking care of your health.

Going from full-time education to the world of work can be a huge adjustment for young people to deal with. Here are five essential career tips for young people entering the workforce.
Career Tips for Young Workers
My brother, I know that from the very beginning, you have been deeply absorbed in your studies. You have set life goals and aspirations for a successful career, but in doing so, you have neglected your health, which is detrimental.
My younger brother, remember that health is our greatest wealth, and without it, we cannot enjoy life or succeed in our endeavours. I can relate to this because during my own years of higher education, I became so obsessed with achieving top grades that I often skipped meals and slept very little. It eventually took a toll on my health, and I realised that a balanced lifestyle is crucial. Therefore, without neglecting your health, adopt a balanced lifestyle. Make sure to eat your meals on time, without skipping them, and include fruits and vegetables in your diet. Get enough sleep in your daily routine. It will help you improve the health you compromised on during exams.
I understand that focusing on your studies is crucial to achieving your goals. However, immersing yourself completely in books can make life dull. It’s important to break the monotony. Participate in physical sports, adopt a healthy routine, go to bed early and take morning walks. These changes can make a difference. You can also do light exercises during your walk. These will help you stay fit.
Additionally, I suggest joining the nearby recreation center to play football, cricket, baseball or swimming, and engage in other fitness activities. These will help you break the monotony of your daily routine. Such sports are not just a source of entertainment, but they also promote physical fitness, mental health, learning ability, and instill discipline.
Imagine how sharper your mind will feel with regular fresh-air breaks and a balanced lifestyle. Engaging in outdoor activities alongside your studies can provide not only physical rejuvenation but also mental clarity, helping you achieve your academic goals more effectively. I encourage you to consider these changes, and I look forward to hearing about the positive experiences and progress you will make.
With best wishes,
Mathew

I know these days are tough for you, and it must be hard not to show your worries to Mom. She needs to follow the doctor’s advice to get better. I understand it’s tiring to care for her on your own. Maybe hiring a nurse would help with her meals, medicine, and rest. I trust you’ll do what’s best for her.
